Google Account Connection Addendum — Brokerix

Effective date: 2026-10-10

This Addendum supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Brokerix. It applies only if you choose to connect your Google account to the Service.

Scope of the connection

Connecting your Google account is optional. The rest of Brokerix's functionality works without it. Without connecting it, you can keep using the Service manually.

This Addendum applies from the moment you authorize the connection until you disconnect it.

Kaasify AI Corp. (a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama), located at PH Las Olas 1, PB A, Vista Mar, San Carlos, Panama Oeste, Panama, is the data controller for the data described in this Addendum. For users located in the United States, this data is also processed by Apex Innova Developments LLC d/b/a BROKERIX, as the U.S. operator of the Service.

What permissions you grant and what the system does with them

By connecting your Google account, you grant the Service permission to:

• Send emails on your behalf, only when you initiate a send from your account: a campaign (or its test), a property, a board selection, a report or a document request to a client. The Service does not read, access, or have the ability to read the messages already in your inbox or your previously sent correspondence: the permission granted is send-only.
• Sync your calendar, to reflect your appointments, avoid scheduling conflicts, and create or update the events you schedule from the Service.
• Sync your contacts, only if you expressly enable that option, to export new prospects you enter into the Service to your Google contacts.

The emails you send are issued from your own Google account: they appear in your Sent folder and replies go directly to your inbox, without passing through Kaasify AI Corp.

Your access credentials (connection tokens) are stored encrypted. Kaasify AI Corp. personnel do not access the content of your Google account unless you expressly request it to resolve a technical issue, or when legally required.

The Service applies daily sending limits to protect your account from the restrictions Google itself imposes on personal accounts.

Third-party data in your emails and contacts

The emails you send and the contacts you sync contain, by their nature, personal data of the people you communicate with: their names, email addresses and phone numbers.

Those people are not users of Brokerix and did not accept these terms.

By connecting your Google account and using these features, you therefore represent and warrant that you are authorized to process that data and to permit its sending and syncing, whether due to the business relationship you maintain with those people or because you obtained their consent where applicable law requires it.

Kaasify AI Corp. processes that data solely to provide the Service to you. It does not add it to its own prospecting databases, does not make it available to other users, and does not use it for any purpose of its own.

Anyone whose data appears in your sent emails or synced contacts can exercise their rights by writing to contacto@kaasifyai.com.

Consent

Connecting your Google account requires express, specific and separate consent from your general acceptance of the Terms of Service.

That consent is given through Google's own authorization flow when you connect the account, and is not implied by creating your account or accepting the Terms.

You can revoke it at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, by disconnecting the account from the Service's settings or directly from your Google account's permissions. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Limited Use of Google data

Brokerix's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular: that data is used only to provide the features described in this Addendum; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide them, to comply with the law, or with your consent; it is not used for advertising and is not sold; it is not used to train artificial intelligence models; and no person reads it except with your express consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

Disconnection and deletion

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Service's settings.

Upon disconnecting:

1. All Service access to your Google account stops immediately.
2. Your access credentials are deleted from our systems immediately.
3. The history of sends already made is kept within the Service, as a record of your own activity, unless you request its deletion.
4. You can request early deletion of that history by writing to contacto@kaasifyai.com.
